Common Questions
CAN I CHANGE MY PACKAGE AS MY NEEDS CHANGE?
Yes, you can move up or down between packages with one month's notice. We want the arrangement to work for you long-term, and we will always have an honest conversation if we think a different package would suit you better.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE MORE HOURS THAN MY PACKAGE INCLUDES?
We will always let you know before you go over your included hours. Any additional hours are charged at our standard ad-hoc rate of £30 per hour, agreed with you in advance, never a surprise.
WHAT IF I DON'T USE ALL MY HOURS IN A MONTH?
Unused hours do not carry over to the following month. We will always flag if it looks like hours are going to be unused, and we are happy to discuss adjusting your package if your needs change.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?
No. All retainer packages run on a rolling monthly basis and can be paused or cancelled with one month's notice. We believe the best client relationships are built on trust, not contracts.
I'M NOT SURE HOW MANY HOURS I NEED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
